Our SPL’s consistently delivers the precise amount of lubrication at the correct frequency, at the tool. The volume of delivered lubrication can be adjusted from .0018 ml to .06 ml . This precise lubrication system improves the tools torque, extends its life, reduces repair cost and improves the work environment.
Trains - Piloted operated regulators are used in a throttle control assembly for locomotives in a train yard. This particular application is remote controlled by the operator who is moving many trains around the yard. This assembly remotely controls the speed of a small locomotive by extending or retracting a cylinder moving the throttle. This allows the operator to connect or disconnect cars without leaving the locomotive.
Off Road/Marine – Piloted regulators are used to drive pneumatic starter motors for diesel engines. Utilizing pneumatics reduces the risk of fire/explosive in confined spaces.
